This is a result of 6 months of on and off work (mostly weekends)

The site is dedicated at hosting custom game content for PC games based around the undead genre, we also help and support up and coming wannabe map / mod developers.

So far we have managed to rack up 6500 members within 6 months and we hope to continue to build on this success now we have moved over to GC Solutions under the Factory starter package!

I've just signed up to this host as i've read / heard so much about its wonderful hosting abilities over host over sellers over at the SMF forums.

I've just come from a few host sellers who have given me nothing but grief about having 50 users online, so much so i've just had enough and left them, in fact my site is down tonight while i transfer here, i just hope the stress stops here.

There is already a small snag i have already bumped into since joining here tonight, the default cpanel theme, it's just awful, absolutely awful and what's worse is there doesn't appear to be any way to change it!

Compared to other cpanels i've grown a custom to the last 6 months, the default theme for GC solutions is messy and dis-organised, even the File Manager has an awful design, heres a few screenshot examples:

As you can see, the 2nd one is a lot cleaner and organised and easy to find items and navigate.

I can live with this theme if it means an end to my stress with other web hosts, i just think it's a crying shame i have to work with such an awful cpanel interface in the first place, please please tell me there is a way of changing it i haven't found yet!

Hi,

 Basically a folder (named the domain name) would be included within your webspace for you to place the files into. Everything else is shared.

Hello,

At this point I know how to add a top level domain and the costs associated with it.  My question is simply how would an additional TLD work?  Would it share the directory structure with my current domain or would it receive its own structure and simply share the data plan etc.?  Thanks for the help.

sure no problem. Those random types of issues are always the hardest to track down. Unless its affecting all users on the server at the same time,chances are its a local problem.
